While driving, the app uses local map data; internet access is only needed for optional data updates.

Speed data is based on OpenStreetMap and is used with clear license and source attribution.

YouSpeed reduces the drive view to speed, limit, and consequence. The colors follow the app behavior: neutral, fine, points, driving ban, and unrestricted Autobahn.
